Focalistic finally opens up on his stand in the music industry, after months of controversy among South Africans, and even music business-persons.

The fast-rising star came into the industry as a hip-hop artist, however, things got controversial as some claimed he sings on Amapiano.

Even when he was crowned number one on the SA MTV Base Hottest MCs list, some South Africans claimed the list was thrash.

A curious fan requested to hear from him by asking, “Is Focalistic a hiphop artist or yonke insipho iyawasha?”

Responding, the star says he is a “versatile musician”, which most of his followers affirmed.
