The latest in the Moto G8 series was announced on Friday: the Moto G8 Power Lite. This beast of autonomy has a battery of 5000 mAh which, according to the company, can allow you to spend two full days of moderate use. Let’s go around.
The main camera is a triple camera containing a macro sensor for close focus and a depth sensor for fine-tuning additional details. Unfortunately there are neither ultra-wide nor telephoto lenses.
Next to these you will find a fingerprint sensor mounted in the round Motorola logo.
Minor splashes and light rain (not submersion) are not likely to cause difficulty in its interior. Inside where there is 64 GB of storage plus a slot for a microSD card if that’s not enough, and 4 GB of RAM, enough to make you navigate your device smoothly.
But, because there has to be a « but », the screen is surely the only snag present in this perfect representation of an average phone with incredible bacteria. Although it’s a large 6.5-inch 20: 9 LCD screen, it still offers HD + 720 x 1600 pixels resolution.
This kind of drop is all that is most normal for a cheaper version of phone, and it is the case of the Moto G8 Power Lite derived from the Moto G8 Power already quite affordable. It’s not the sharpest screen in the world, but with a pixel density greater than 260 ppi, for what it represents, it should do the trick.
Motorola’s phone will first launch in Germany at a price of € 169, followed by other regions in Europe, Asia, Australia and Latin America.
